A special Emory & Henry athletic facility is Lynch Links, the College’s executive-style, nine-hole golf course. Lynch Links is available for use by students, faculty, and staff at no cost, as well as the public for a suggested nominal fee. The course is named for Charles V. Lynch, Sr., a 1942 E&H graduate who funded its construction and provided an endowment for its maintenance. The course offers golfers of all skill levels the opportunities for playing a quick and enjoyable round of golf as well as practice play.

Located across the railroad tracks from the main campus, Emory & Henry maintains an outpatient health center and provides outpatient medical treatment for minor illness and injury. Student fees provide for medical services with the following exceptions: laboratory needs, medicines prescribed to be filled by an off-campus pharmacist, allergy shots (if the student provides the serum, allergy shots will be administered for the cost of the disposable syringe), non-returnable therapeutic equipment, and nonprescription (over-the-counter) drugs. There is no charge for an office visit at the Student Health Center.

With the first chapter founded in 1920, Greek Life has a proud and rich history here at E&H. Our system is unique because all of our chapters are “local,” meaning that they only exist on our campus, giving a deep sense of loyalty toward their current brothers and sisters . Each year, Greek Life sponsors numerous social events, campus programs and service opportunities on campus.
