Dr. Hensley’s research interests include: the use of the physical classroom environment design a as tool for teaching and learning (dissertation topic); the impact of teachers’ philosophical beliefs and perceptions on classroom environment design (these topic); STEM education; and the benefits and outcomes of trauma-informed care and education.
