Master Sergeant Marc B. Manilla is from Morgantown, West Virginia and enlisted into the U.S. Army in 2003 and completed One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at FT. Moore, GA.

Master Sergeant Manilla’s positions and duty assignments include: Rifleman and Team Leader with B CO 2-9 IN, 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea; Team Leader and Squad Leader with B CO 2-12 IN, 4th Infantry Division; Squad Leader with A CO 1-29 IN (EXFOR), 196th IN BDE; Platoon Sergeant with B CO 2-8 CAV, 1st Calvary Division; Company First Sergeant with B CO 1-29 IN, 199th IN BDE; Operations Sergeant Major 1-29 IN, 199th IN BDE; Team First Sergeant with Task Force 3, Joint Readiness Training Center.

Master Sergeant Manilla has attended numerous military schools and training programs to include: Combatives Level I, Warrior Leaders Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Maneuver Senior Leaders Course, Observer/Coach/Trainer Academy, SHARP Training Course, MCOE First Sergeant and Commander Academy, Army Basic Instructor Course, Small Group Instructor Training, Combat Life Saver Couse.
