The spirit of the Clery Act is that knowledge is power. Per the Clery Act, institutions have a responsibility to inform students, employees, parents, potential students, and other stakeholders of the crimes that are occurring on and around grounds.
Annual Fire Safety and Security Report
Colleges and Universities are required by the Clery Act to publish an Annual Security Report (ASR) by October 1 each year.
