Brown, a disability justice advocate, organizer, educator, attorney, strategist, and writer; Jibreel Khazan (Ezell Blair, Jr.) the last surviving member of the Greensboro Four and graduate of Howard University Law School in Washington, DC and Massachusetts University in Dartmouth; and Jenna Lyn, M.D., MHA Ballad Health.
The day and week was dedicated to honor the values and impact of a great visionary, Martin Luther King, Jr., while envisioning a bold future filled with inclusion and acceptance.
Emory & Henry College will host the fourth annual Healthcare Career Camp for three weeks in the summer of 2022 with remote and in-person sessions across southwest Virginia designed to prepare high school students for a diversity of healthcare careers.
