Pre-Law Program
Pre-Law at Emory & Henry College
Pre-Law at Emory & Henry is a program that complements your major while preparing you for focused legal study after graduation. Students major in political science including either a standard B.A. in Politics or a B.A. in Law & Politics. A common secondary major could include economics, English, history, international studies, sociology, philosophy or psychology.
The Department of Politics, Law, & International Relations houses the College’s Pre-Law program. The department has a close relationship with alums who have gone on to law school and now work as district attorneys, lawyers in private practice, and other areas. Given these connections, our students have many opportunities to gain hands-on experience with internships in law offices.
