Mindfulness on Campus
All students, faculty, and staff are invited to join a campus wide mindfulness practice either in person or online. Learning to be mindful can strengthen our community’s ability to deal with the world around us in a more compassionate way. Cultivating a mindfulness practice also helps address stress, anxiety, and depression that many of us struggle with in our lives.
Faculty and staff mindfulness practitioners from both the Emory and Marion campuses will lead participants in a mindfulness practice. Expect each session to teach you varying techniques. We hope this will be the beginning of a conversation and experience that could lead to more mindful experiences on our campus. Please see the schedule below and mark your calendars to join us.
