The Emory & Henry College’s Honors Program is not only for many of the college’s most accomplished scholars, but also for those who are performers, tutors, athletes, and the leaders of the college’s many clubs and organizations.
Our program is active in the National Collegiate Honors Council, the National Society for Minorities in Honors, and the Virginia Collegiate Honors Council.
As a member institution of the National Collegiate Honors Council, our program supports your independent research as you write a senior thesis, and earn an NCHC HonorsDegree.
The Honors Program has Honors Scholarship Day when you can interview for the program and meet our current scholars. The next scholarship day is not yet scheduled. Please keep an eye out for an email when the date is decided.
But we are always happy to meet you and conduct our interviews if you are coming to campus at other times, especially if you’re traveling from a great distance to audition, meet with coaches, try out for our Equestrian Team, or other reasons as well. We’ll do our best to meet you when you visit!
To apply, fill out the form below and add an essay and have at least one teacher recommendation sent to the college.
