Healthcare Careers Camp Application 2023

Students who are interested in exploring a variety of healthcare careers such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, physician assistant, mental health counseling, athletic training, pharmacy, optometry, medicine, veterinary medicine, and many others are encouraged to attend.

Students and guardians are required to submit the PDF forms that will be sent in your application confirmation as well as their camp tuition deposit (25% of registration). Deposits must be submitted within 2 weeks of application to hold your space. Please contact Dr. Cobler for questions regarding camp tuition and scholarships. This information will also be sent in the application confirmation.
