Matthew Kinkead to pursue a career in education

Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.

Matthew Kinkead Matthew Kinkead was an Outdoor Adventure Team trip leaderMatthew Kinkead of Church Hill, Tenn. will receive a bachelor’s degree in middle school mathematics.

Matthew will graduate with the class of 2023. In addition to his studies, Kinkead is a member of Kappa Sigma National Fraternity and was an Outdoor Adventure Team trip leader. “Emory & Henry has taught me more than just what I have learned academically but my time at Emory & Henry has taught me true life lessons. I have never been more prepared to go out into the world and make my mark than I am right now,” Kinkead said.

“I will be moving home to pursue my career in my home county so that I can inspire students the same way I was inspired when I was in their shoes,” Kinkead said.
