Julia Street to pursue a career in the medical field

Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.

Julia Street of Glade Spring, Va. will receive a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in biology.

Julia will graduate with the class of 2023. In addition to her studies, Street is a member of the softball team and pre-health club. “The education that Emory & Henry has provided me has been so overflowing with unique opportunities and experiences. I feel that the rigor of classes, success-focused professors, and exclusive resources, such as the career center and student-athlete success center, have set me up for exceptional success in my career and life,” Street said.

“After graduation, I will be taking a gap year while I apply to physician assistant programs. I will also be working as a medical assistant in a pediatric clinic. I also plan to travel abroad to South America for two weeks,” Street said.
