Natalie Capone to attend University of North Carolina at Charlotte to continue education
Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.
Natalie Capone of Kannapolis, NC. will receive a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with minors in psychology and biology.
Capone will graduate with the class of 2023. “I benefited from Emory because of the small classes sizes and the way that kept me accountable as well as let me have close relationships with my professors. It allowed me to ask for help and advice throughout my time here at Emory & Henry whether it be for school work or life circumstances. It has made me become better at communicating and networking,” said Capone. She is a member of Alpha Beta Chi and the women’s soccer team. She also became a Certified Phlebotomy Technician while attending Emory & Henry.
“I was a captain on the women’s soccer team for 3.5 seasons which prepared me to lead in my career. It helped me to fine-tune my communication skills and professionalism when dealing with conflicts and continued to develop my teamwork skills,” said Capone. She will be attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for a graduate certificate in biomedical sciences while working at the Urologist of the Carolinas and applying to Physician Assistant school.
