B. Clay Rolston
Before joining Emory & Henry, I served as the Executive Director of the Ballad Health Foundation in Johnson City, TN. Prior I served as the Director of Community Support for the Wellmont Foundation in Kingsport, TN and business development roles for Pal’s Business Excellence Institute and Eastman Chemical in Kingsport, TN.
My current role is to work with corporations, foundations, and individuals on supporting critical projects to achieve the college’s overarching strategic priorities.
I have also had the privilege of volunteering in the Appalachian Highlands region most recently having served as board chair of the Greater Kingsport Family YMCA and Rise Up! in Johnson City as well as various volunteer leadership positions at Munsey Church in Johnson City.
I currently reside in Johnson City with my wife Luanna. We have three adult children, Ben, Marley, and Lily.
