Campus Mail and Packages
All student mail and packages will be available for pick up at the front desk of Martin Brock.
While our hours vary due to the availability of qualified staff, we usually are able to provide service to you from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Students will be able to send and receive mail and packages through the staff at the front desk of Martin Brock. Students who would like to send out letters can do so by either visiting the post office located across the street from Security or can bring the letter to the front desk of Martin Brock with postage already added. We will then take the letter to the post office that day and mail it out for you.
You can also send out packages by giving them to our staff at the front desk with the proper labels affixed and we can give them to the UPS, FedEx, or USPS associates to send out on your behalf. We can not take Amazon packages as their policy is different from all the others.
For sending, receiving, and retrieving packages at the Martin Brock Center, please see the information below.

Package Delivery, Processing, and Caution for Overnighting Letters or Packages
Please note that letters and packages delivered to the U.S. Postal Service address first arrive at the Emory United States Post Office, located near campus. From there, college personnel retrieve the letters and packages for processing in the Wiley Hall Service Center.
When packages arrive at the Emory U.S. Post Office, the package will register as delivered in shipment tracking and will notify the student that the package has been delivered; however, this does not mean that it has arrived at the Wiley Hall Service Center for processing.
Packages are only ready for retrieval by the student when they have received official notification from studentmailroom@ehc.edu. Overnighting a package may lead to frustration for a student who sees that a package has been delivered to the Emory U.S. Post Office but has not yet arrived at the Wiley Hall Service Center.
Please also note that in such cases, the Emory U.S. Post Office, operated by employees of the U.S. Postal Service, will not sort through the numerous packages arriving at the post office in order to retrieve an individual package for an individual student.
U.S. Post Office—Emory, VA
