Health Insurance
Health Insurance:
For the 2023-2024 academic year, any student participating in one of the following groups is REQUIRED to have a health insurance policy:
- School of Health Sciences student (includes DPT, OTD, MPAS)
- School of Nursing student (RN to BSN, BSN)
- Member of a varsity (NCAA sponsored) athletic team
- Member of the Equestrian team (IDA and IHSA) or taking equestrian classes
- Member of the Rugby affinity team
- Member of the Cheer/Dance team
- Member of Marching Band/Color Guard
- Member of the Outdoor Adventure Team
- Members of any Club Sport program at Emory & Henry College
- Member of ROTC program
- All International students. This insurance must be compliant with U.S. requirements. Options include: https://iss.gallagherstudent.com/(you may need to call1-888-251-6253, enrollment for Fall 2023 opens on July 1, 2023)
Primary insurance is highly recommended for all students attending Emory & Henry College. If you are not insured, but are required to have insurance, we strongly encourage you to purchase an Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant policy
