A campus visit is an important step to ensure that you select the right college to further your education. The search for the right college is an exciting experience offering the chance to explore the culture of campus and how comfortable you’ll feel within the community. Students that visit campus receive valuable information that will help them decide if they are a fit at Emory & Henry College (and a free t-shirt).

By visiting campus, you’ll get to meet with admissions, faculty and staff who live, learn and collaborate within the community every day. An Emory & Henry current student will be your tour guide for a walking or golf cart campus tour. Schedule a campus visit today!

Q: What academic majors are available?
A: Emory & Henry offers more than 30 areas of study. Biology, Psychology, Exercise Science, Nursing, Education, Business and Equine Studies remain popular among many other academic majors within the more than 90 academic majors, minors, tracks and concentractions.

Q: How many students live on campus?
A: The College is a residential campus. Approximately 85% of the undergraduate student body live on campus. There are approximately 1,000 undergraduate students at Emory & Henry College.

Q: What choices are there for residence halls?
A: Several choices are available including hall-style and apartment-style living. The E&H campus features 20 residence halls with co-ed, single-gender, and gender-inclusive accommodations.

Q: What is the food like on campus?
A: Campus dining offers a variety of meal choices including everyday comfort favorites, simple servings that are free of allergens, vegetarian and vegan options in multiple locations across campus.

Q: What student organizations are available?
A: More than 85 student organizations offer students the ability to pursue a variety of interests from Greek life to the outdoor program and Student Government Association, there are many student organizations to choose from as well as intramural and intercollegiate athletics.

Virtual Tour

RSVP to arrange a personalized campus tour led by a current student. You’ll be able to consult with an admissions counselor regarding recommended next steps and scholarship opportunities. Walk the campus or request a golf cart tour to get a feel for the terrain and campus layout. Driving through the campus can also be helpful for a new perspective.

Get to know your admissions counselor who can connect you with the campus. Your counselor can help you discover more than 90 academic programs and tracks to study. Learn about more than 85 organizations and interest groups including the Outdoor Program and Semester-A-Trail. Learn about student support offices offering academic advising, counseling services, tutoring, student success coaches, disability support, a career center and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Are you an aspiring collegiate athlete? Ask to see if you can meet with a coach in one of the 26+ Division II and intercollegiate athletics teams.

There are multiple ways you can visit campus. You can schedule a personalized campus visit during the week for a morning or afternoon tour. You can also RSVP to attend a Saturday visit on selected Saturdays throughout the year, or choose to attend an admissions open house or scholarship day event. At admissions events, you’ll have the opportunity to meet faculty and students and speak one-on-one with them as well as take a campus tour. You may also schedule a virtual visit.
