First RN to BSN Graduates

Kelly Coleman and Sarah Stanley are the first graduates of Emory & Henry’s RN-BSN online program, which began in 2019.

They received their diplomas on August 14, when Emory & Henry held its commencement ceremony for the School of Nursing and the School of Health Sciences (see below).

“The graduation of our inaugural RN-BSN class is a special milestone for Emory & Henry, marking increased access to Baccalaureate Nursing education in Southwest Virginia,” says Dr. Laurie Anne Ferguson, dean of the School of Nursing.

  • Student-Athletes Earn Academic Honors

    The Old Dominion Athletic Conference has recognized 183 E&H student-athletes who have earned academic honors for the 2020-21 academic year. One hundred thirty-seven student-athletes from the College’s 20 ODAC-sponsored programs were named to the ODAC All-Academic Team while an additional 46 from men’s and women’s wrestling, the Intermont Equestrian, cheer and dance teams earned the designation of Emory & Henry All-Academic.
