E&H Health Sciences graduates 60 students
On August 14 in the Lincoln Theatre in Marion, Va., 60 students graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies, Bachelor of Nursing or a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
First RN to BSN Graduates
Kelly Coleman and Sarah Stanley are the first graduates of Emory & Henry’s RN-BSN online program, which began in 2019.

They received their diplomas on August 14, when Emory & Henry held its commencement ceremony for the School of Nursing and the School of Health Sciences (see below).
“The graduation of our inaugural RN-BSN class is a special milestone for Emory & Henry, marking increased access to Baccalaureate Nursing education in Southwest Virginia,” says Dr. Laurie Anne Ferguson, dean of the School of Nursing.

Cadet Zane Seymore, E&H senior from Glade Spring, Va., spent a month this past summer at Fort Knox, Ky., completing the Army’s ROTC Advanced Camp. A 31-day training event, the Advanced Camp is designed to assess a cadet’s ability to demonstrate proficiency in basic officer leadership tasks.
