Zeke Workman lands internship at Pinilla Law Firm
Zeke Workman ’23 interned at the Pinilla Law Firm.
Zeke Workman of Sumter, S.C. graduated from Emory & Henry with the Class of 2023. As a student, he interned at the Pinilla Law Firm. “This internship was an important opportunity because it allowed me to evaluate if this is the career field I want to pursue,” said Workman. “This internship has solidified my decision to go to law school to earn my J.D. accreditations to practice immigration law.”
The Internship and Student Employment Program comprises the experiential education programs facet of The van Vlissingen Center for Career and Professional Development. Both programs are incredibly robust for a school the size of Emory & Henry, with 134 for-credit internships and more than 616 student employment positions during the 2022-2023 school year.
Emory & Henry students have interned at ABC Tri-Cities, BalladHealth, Barter Theatre, Brown University, CATO Institute, Clemson University, Food City, Hanging Rock State Park, HBC Certified Public Accountants, Kentucky Equine Research, KPMG, Pinilla Law Firm, Professional Golfers’ Association of America, Proyecto Peru, National Bank, Only Human Theatre Collective, U.S. Steel, UPS and Virginia Tech Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC.
