Emily Price
As a senior Economics and Political Science double major at Emory & Henry, my college experience is taking place close to my hometown of Meadowview, Virginia. My internship with Feeding America allowed me to put my education to work for the good of the local community. This internship has given me valuable on-the-job experience in economic planning and organizational effectiveness. Working for a non-profit was also unique because of the type of work I was exposed to and the willingness of the dedicated staff at Feed America to include me in many of their functions. In the future, I hope to have a career where I can impact and serve communities worldwide!
