Kyle Sensabaugh
Sensabaugh’s responsibilities include working with student-athletes to monitor academic and personal success and programming. Sensabaugh’s experience includes coaching and mentoring young student-athletes, on and off the court, at the college and high school levels.
Sensabaugh recently finished his second year as an assistant women’s basketball coach at E&H. He previously served on the E&H men’s basketball staff for the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons.
As a student-athlete, the Columbus, Ohio native was a three-year letter winner for the Wasps men’s basketball squad (2009-12). At guard, Sensabaugh scored 320 points in 55 games. Before transferring to Emory & Henry his sophomore year, Sensabaugh played his first year at Valor Christian College in Canal Winchester, Ohio.
Before joining the staff at E&H, he served as the director of housing at People Incorporated in Abingdon. He also was the assistant varsity boys’ basketball coach at nearby Chilhowee High School.
Sensabaugh graduated from Emory & Henry in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in sport management. He resides in Abingdon with his wife, Annie, and his two daughters, Penelope and Maya.
