Diego Zamarippa Velo
Diego Zamarripa Velo is a student at Emory & Henry College, Class of 2023 honors student pursuing a triple major in Biology, Economics, and Political Science. Diego started his journey from his hometown in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Diego has found a passion in nature and his environment; moreover, his curiosity has dragged him to explore the world. His most recent experience was in La Universidad de Castilla La Mancha, located in Toledo, Spain, where he developed the skill of understanding and evaluating econometrical models. Diego wishes to become an environmental economist and decided to become a biology major to understand the different relationships that nature has with the economy.
