Emory & Henry Abroad Faculty-Led Courses
- Applications for courses with study abroad in May are due November 1st of the prior year.
- Applications for courses with study abroad over Spring Break are due October 1st of the prior year.
- Applications for courses with study abroad during Winter Term are due April 15th the prior year.

If your application is approved, you must provide the following forms to the Office of International Education by the add/drop date of the semester of travel. These forms will be provided to you by the OIE.

Semester/Summer Abroad
PRIORITY DECISION: November 1 for study abroad or interning during the following Summer or Fall/Spring semesters. Priority decision applications will have priority access to travel grants and other funding for study abroad.
If you plan to study abroad for a semester in 2024-2025, your priority decision application is due November 1, 2023. See here for application and more information about applying.
REGULAR DECISION: February 15 for study abroad or interning during the following Summer or Fall/Spring semesters
Apply early because funding is limited.

The following are required for the semester/summer abroad application. Links to the forms can be found in the application and below.

- Required Signatures Form
- Disciplinary History Form
- Unofficial copy of transcript from Jenzabar
If your application is approved, you must provide the following forms to the Office of International Education by the add/drop date of the semester before your study abroad. These forms will be provided to you by the OIE.
