Take the next step in becoming a Wasp and submit your $200 Enrollment Deposit!

Your $200 enrollment deposit reserves your place in the incoming class. Your deposit money will be credited to your first semester of tuition and covers your New Student Orientation fee. Enrollment deposits are nonrefundable.

Log in to the application portal with the email address you used to apply and the password you created when you applied or the password that was sent when your admissions counselor enabled your account. Contact your admissions counselor for assistance if needed.

Once you are in the application portal, click the view your decision button to view your decision letter.

At the end of your admission decision letter, you will click the Reply to Offer button to proceed.

Choose either the option to pay online with a debit/credit card or the option to mail a check to the Emory & Henry College, Office of Admissions.

Enter your name into the field titled Electronic Signature and select the Confirm button to formally accept the offer of admission and confirm your enrollment.

Based on your decision in Step 5 to pay either by card or by check, you will be directed to pay your enrollment deposit. If you selected to pay online with a debit/credit card, this is your next screen. Select the Buy Now button to proceed.

The PayPal window will appear and you can pay either using your PayPal account or using a debit/credit card.

If you select to pay with a debit/credit card, fill in all the information and click continue. You will be emailed a receipt after completing the payment to the email you entered into PayPal.

If you selected to pay the enrollment deposit by mail in Step 5, this is your next screen. Click the Done button to confirm your enrollment and mail the payment.

New Student Move-In and Week of Welcome Orientation

August 5-9, 2023

New student move-In is planned for Saturday, August 5, 2023, followed by Week of Welcome programming through August 9. During your Week of Welcome, you will get to know the campus — and your future classmates — over four fun-filled, entertaining, and informative days. Classes begin on August 10, 2022.
